Clinical and Neuropsychological Psychologist
I am Dr. Carla Silvestri, a Psychologist registered with the Order of Psychologists Abruzzo with a Master's degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology.
Passionate about the mind-body relationship, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques and a Master's degree with honors in Clinical and Health Psychology and Neuropsychology.
I am enrolled in the School of the Academy of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in Rome and an Ordinary Member and collaborator of Univox, working on school orientation projects and psychological support. I deal with scientific dissemination and write articles, including one published on Elsevier. You can read my columns on neurosciences and psychology on Forscience and DieteticsWordlWide, with which I carry out Mindful Eating paths.

Training, Competence, Profession
During my experience, I have deepened my professional competence in the academic research context in London, working with non-invasive brain stimulation techniques such as transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current stimulation neuromodulation.
Clinically, I have conducted neuropsychological assessments, cognitive rehabilitations, cognitive stimulations, and motivational and psychological support interviews, both individual and group, at the Ulivella e Glicini Nursing Home in Florence, the Center for Studies and Research in Cognitive Neuroscience in Cesena, and the Ceis in Pescara.

1st Rap Therapy Group
Freedom to be yourself, to express and to create.
Authenticity is the keyword. Through rap, young people can recognize, understand, process, and share what they experience. The Rap Therapy Group is a tool capable of creating a bridge between music, oneself, and life, promoting resilience, personal growth, and the development of social skills while reducing anxiety, stress, and aggression in favor of psychophysical well-being.
